The phone number listed does NOT go directly to the store, instead it goes to an automated service which makes it completely IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person that is at the physical location.

The older sister who works here (this morning) is SO weird! She like stands completely still and stares at you for 5 years.

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location.
The self-service machines were malfunctioning from the beginning. The kiosk charged my credit card over $150 before completing the printing job, and then repeatedly displayed errors instead of producing the copies. When I asked for assistance, I was told to simply end the session. However, ending the session only charged me for the work the machine believed it had completed, even though it had failed to print everything correctly.
To make matters worse, we were informed that the store would be closing in four minutes. Despite this, another customer was allowed to enter while we were still trying to resolve the issue with the malfunctioning machine.
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of customer service. The two female staff members on duty were unable or unwilling to provide meaningful assistance while the machines were clearly malfunctioning. All I needed was a printed receipt for my business records. I politely explained that I had paid a significant amount and needed the receipt that same evening. Instead of helping, I was told to come back the next day or wait for the manager.
After waiting several minutes, one of the employees returned with another staff member, who was introduced as the manager. By that point, I had gone back through the machine’s menu myself so it would finally generate my receipt. When I was finally able to complete the transaction, I was spoken to rudely and accused of making additional copies. I calmly explained that I was not making copies—I was only trying to obtain the receipt that your staff had refused to print for me.
For a company that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service. Equipment failures can happen, but what customers remember is how employees respond. Unfortunately, the staff showed little interest in helping resolve the problem and instead seemed more concerned with getting customers out the door than providing the service we paid for.
I hope the owner or district management reviews this location’s customer service practices. Employees should be trained to assist customers when the equipment fails instead of leaving customers to solve everything on their own. Based on this experience, the poor customer service—not the equipment failure itself—is what left the worst impression.

Wait time for service was kind of long for just basic assistance.

I appreciate that the staff who assisted me was kind and tried to help. However, my experience with this FedEx location was very disappointing.
I went to return a backpack with a SHIPPING LABEL THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR BY THE MERCHANT. Even so, this location tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL FEE simply because it is located inside a hotel.
Customers are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOCATION OF THE OFFICE, and we should not have to pay extra when the shipping HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR.
I find this practice LACKING TRANSPARENCY AND ABUSIVE. I recommend going to another FedEx location if you have a return or a prepaid label, because here they may try to charge you UNNECESSARY ADDITIONAL FEES.
