  This is a big FedEx Office, but having only one employee handling everything is not fair to the employee or the customers. She was working extremely hard and doing an excellent job, so I want to give her credit. There were many people waiting in line. Some customers needed help with the computers, others had printer issues, and she had to take care of everyone by herself. She was doing her best, but one person can’t handle everything alone. Parking in this area is also very difficult. Many customers end up parking in the red zone because they just need to quickly drop off or ship their packages. People don’t have time to wait 30 minutes or more just because there’s only one employee working This is the first time I’ve seen a FedEx Office with only one employee on duty. FedEx should schedule more staff to reduce the wait time and provide better service. I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience, but the employee deserves recognition for working so hard under such difficult conditions Please give her the support she needs

  This is the second time that items in the package I ship from this FedEx location either gets stolen or missing by the time it reaches the receiver. I do not trust this location anymore!
