- TLTiger Litam3 days ago4.0I visited 3 times over the last week (Oct 5-9) due to a Conference that was on-site at the Westin Bonaventure. I always had last minute printing requests but Aparna and Anabel made it easy and described the process (one of the requests I Had to pick up at the full-service FedEx nearby) but they told me ahead of time so I had my expectations set and that pickup went smoothly. They had always gone above and beyond for me and have been one rare shining examples of exceptional customer service that I've experienced in quite a while -- years, even. It's expensive as HELL though -- probably for convenience in location but that's not the staff's fault. The staff are dope.

Aparna and another employee her name starts with an A (I’m so sorry I forgot) were so so so helpful and got my printouts made so quickly. Can’t recommend enough
- KKk kOct 8, 20253.0Its in the lobby at same level as hotel reception area. They do charge service fee 7+$ which is higher than your regular fedex shop as they are inside hotel. No need to get mad at poor employees they are just trying to earn their living
