  Do not ever use this office to send International packages. One of the most poorly organized offices I have ever dealt with, they are making the Post Office look good. The employee, who I would assume has the needed experience to hold their position, filled out my international items form incorrectly and the package was returned because of how the information was written on said form. Remember, I did not fill it out, they are apparently the experts. A refund would be standard in most places when this type of things happens, but there is only one manager who apparently works at this store but is never there, so this dynamic becomes mission impossible. This is important because she is the Only person that can assist when refunds are needed. No one else is empowered to help with this kind of thing. It was suggested to I set up an account to help ease the process in the future; I tried online, it didn't work. I was sent back to the office - they reluctantly helped my confirm my identity (I could have done the week before when I was there, but I digress). I was emailed and asked to fill out an very confusing form. When I got to the store, they told me I did not need to fill out that information on that form! The right hand does not talk to the left and the employees there are not empowered to help resolve matters. It's one of the most poorly thought out offices I have dealt with in a long time, and the manager there is useless because she is NEVER THERE. Even when you are trying to throw business in their direction, their protocol makes it so difficult it becomes too much. Crazy as it may sound, use the other mail shop down the street or the Post Office.

  The FedEx driver of my package delayed my delivery 2 days in a row. Same driver unable to make the delivery twice??? Unacceptable and irresponsible.

  Angel was a lifesaver! She went above and beyond to make sure I received my order on time. I'll spare you all the details, but just know that she's the ONLY reason my order was ready for me. Can't praise her enough for her understanding, professionalism, execution and caring.

  Today, I had a negative experience at the front desk. The woman at the front desk, who had blonde hair, seemed disinterested in assisting me and did not even greet me. When I asked for an express envelope, she only showed me one size. I inquired about other sizes, but she told me they didn't have any. However, I found envelopes in three different sizes on the shelf. It seemed like she had lied to me. Additionally, when it was time to create a shipping label, she initially missed inputting the phone number, and when she re-entered it, she made a mistake. Overall, I felt that the staff member lacked attention to detail, was not focused, and did not provide honest information to the customer. I believe she needs to be retrained to improve her customer service skills. I am definitely not returning to this location.
