  I had an emergency and needed to send important paperwork to a small town in Italy, and thank goodness Mary was there to help me! She was absolutely wonderful, calm, extremely patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Mary took the time to help me correctly format the foreign address and reassured me that everything was being handled properly. She truly put my mind at ease and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Most importantly, the package arrived on time! Thank you, Mary, for your exceptional customer service, patience, and kindness. You went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate everything you did to help me. Definitely 5-star service!

She helped me navigate the different options, found a secondary pickup location for speed and ensured that my package was delivered promptly and securely. Honestly, I can't express enough Mary's professionalism, empathy and clarity in her communication.
