    The most useless service. Do not ever use DHL ever! They will hold your shipment and customer service over the hotline is useless. Even the person in the front desk in the service desk is useless and so unhelpful. Plus the it looks like a mom and pop store. Do not ever ship anything time-sensitive with them as they have been so unhelpful.
