  My recruiter Zoe was fantastic she was able to provide me with opportunities that I was struggling to find on my own. Her connections and ability to find roles for you is outstanding. She helps you in more ways than just finding your next position, she ensures your resume is update and accurate. She really understands the hiring process and what they look for. Making those changes shaped how I went into interviews and it paid off. I was able to land a career changing job that set up my future. I am beyond grateful for her to introducing me to the company I have selected. Thank you!!! Zoe!!!

  Working with this agency is almost impossible. I was lucky enough to connect with a recruiter after a few months of applying to their postings, and was set up with a contract job. When that was over she set me up with a new contract soon after. I thought I hit the jackpot. One week into the assignment I get a call that the client wanted to end the assignment based on lies. I even warned my recruiter on my second or third day that they might do that because they hired someone in a similiar position full time, and the company is known for shady practices. I expressed my concern to my recruiter because I didn't want to be blindsided (I was). After this assignment she completely ghosted me, and I feel like blacklisted me from the company because I have not been able to reach her or any other recruiter at this company. This has been very disheartening because unfortunately they have had a lot of good job postings and clients. But because they do not advocate for their job seeking clients, I am never going to be considered. If anyone at 24 Seven is reading this: hire more recruiters so you can keep up with the applications and advocate for the clients that are looking for their next role.

  Often when recruiters reach out to me, it feels like they haven't really looked at my resume or portfolio. That definitely wasn't the case with Zoe Huse at 24 Seven. She reached out to me about what turned out to be my dream remote role, and I was genuinely surprised by how closely it aligned with my experience. I have a pretty niche background in footwear/industrial design, so finding a role that matched my skills so well was incredibly exciting. The timing couldn't have been better. I was feeling burned out at my previous company and really missed working on projects that sparked my creativity. Thanks to Zoe, I now get to work on licensed collaboration footwear projects, a dream for someone who loves fandom culture.
