  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy with this UPS location on El Monte. The staff are always incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. They work very quickly and efficiently, and every time I come here, everything is handled smoothly and professionally. I really appreciate how friendly and respectful everyone is while still getting things done so fast. Excellent service and a great team — highly recommended!

  I had a great experience here last time dropping off my package, but my recent one was terrible. Three staffs were there on a Friday afternoon, one boy with a group of customer, two girls with the other group. I was patiently waiting in the line but looks like the group with two girls were having a little trouble there, as I can sensed from the conversation. Then one of the girls turned to me and said she can help me now, so I told her I am here to drop off but need to print the label, she responded me with rude and impolite tone that she cannot do that and I need to get everything done before heading to the store. I explained that a normal A4 paper is not gonna fit the box, she said I still need to bring everything with me to the store. She gave me a feeling of passing the bad vibe she got from previous customer or whatever to me. Very unprofessional. I have never encountered such a problem before, I went to a FedEx earlier and they said just send them an email and they can print out for me. I bet UPS can definitely provide the same service but they decide not to. Okay then bye.
