Ive lived in Loomis for 24 years. I started going to the Penryn post office due to the redness of the people that work at this post office. We recently moved to Grass Valley and had a mix up with our change of address form. I was contacted by a woman that worked at the Loomis post office and asked to come in to either Loomis or Grass Valley and fill out a corrections form. I chose Loomis due to running errands in the area. I was at the post office a couple of weeks earlier trying to fix the mix up and was "helped" by Erik, who pased the buck and acted as if he didn't know anything on that visit. When we went in to follow the corrections form orders, I was met once again by Erik, who talked over me, interrupted me repeatedly, and condescending impatiently to me as if i were some kind of idiot! I asked for clarification for names and he interrupted me and practically snapped at me. Hello!?! The post office had already screwed up things several times! Why is asking for clarity an annoyance? VERY rude. Save yourself a headache and go to Penryn or Rocklin. These folks are miserable and awful.

Don't go here for FBI digital fingerprinting! I went to this location because it was the closest to me that offers this service. I had to drive 70 miles to get here. Since it's so far from me, I called first and made sure I would be able to get it done, and they assured me I just needed to pre-register online, bring my ID, and bring the FBI order number. When I walked in, they told me the machine was "finicky" and needed to be restarted. The lady then tried to take my fingerprints four separate times and it wouldn't work and she blamed me, saying that I "didn't have fingerprints," that my fingertips were too wrinkly and also too dry. I tried a different location right after this and they claimed my skin was too moist. Please explain to me how my fingers can be too wet and too dry at the same time. In my opinion, the machine just doesn't scan that well and the employees might need a little more training on how to take a set of fingerprints. And if they can't do it, that's fine, they just shouldn't offer this service. I drove a total of 140 miles and wasted a day for nothing.
