Employees were always pleasant until the last year or so when there was a change in employees...very rude and condescending...and not just to me! When I got to window, an African American woman was busy cleaning her cell phone screen...I proceed to speak and she did not respond so I stopped and waited for her to finish. When she was done she then answered my questions very rudely.
