Classic bureaucratic inefficiency—expect long delays if you visit. Extremely disappointed. The black you g lady needs to get fired. Hire good workers.

I went to ask about my package, and a Black female employee at the counter completely brushed me off, claiming it was just a 'scanning error.' To this day, there haven't been any updates on the system. Their attitude was incredibly irresponsible and terrible. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!
