- CRCarlitos RojasMay 11, 20261.0Never had a problem at this location till today kiosks were not printing receipts per usual but no problem I just use my email for the receipt, 5 minutes pass still no email receipt so I get in line mind you there’s only one worker and it’s the old Asian guy and like 15 ppl in line, I asked if I could get my receipt using the QR codes he said where are the packages. I told him I already scanned and shipped he immediately starts raising his voice at me. I explain to him 2 more times and just tells me the same shit. I wasn’t gonna deal with him not hold the line up because he’s also a very slow worker. Now I just have to hike my packages get to the final destination and if the package gets lost I won’t have proof that I shipped. Please do better didn’t want to drop this bs review but he pissed me off. Every other staff is cool and never had a problem with them.

- LGLA GordaApr 17, 20261.0Pésimo servicio la señora de la área de pasaportes es una señora con el cabello pintado rubio y lentes muy grosera ase preguntas y cuando uno contesta ella no responde es muy despota y desagradable te grita como si te estuviera asiendo un favor cuando uno viene a un servicio Terrible service. The woman in the passport section—a lady with dyed blonde hair and glasses—is extremely rude. She asks questions, but when you answer, she offers no response. She is very condescending and unpleasant; she shouts at you as if she were doing you a favor, even though you are simply there to receive a service.
- CCChristinaApr 1, 20264.0This isn't my closest post office, but it's the one capable of handling larger shipments so I have to use this location often. A lot of times when I visit any postpost office, the clerk is never in the greatest mood, but there's one lady at this location that is an exception. She is a younger lady (clerk #55?) and I'll let customers bypass me in line just to be able to wait for her to assist me as she is so kind and helpful. She makes the experience a very pleasant one because of her outstanding customer service. I hope the manager at this location reads this and knows that this young lady is always there to help customers with a smile, and we truly appreciate it very much.
