- LLLeo6 days ago1.0Same experience as a person who reviewed just before me today. I went to this branch a little after 10 AM this morning, Thursday, July 2, to pick up a package that was dropped off there for me. Doors were locked and no one was there. Displayed hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. There was no sign stating any reason for being closed. *There was a sign stating they're closed on Saturday, for the 4th of July. ..but today is Thursday, the 2nd of July... Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I have used it for all sorts of shipping and notary needs and have referred clients as their notary service is very dependable. It is a very busy store that operates incredibly professionally. Recently Chirog helped me out. The line was 8 people long. He was so cheerful. He just worked through it so quickly. Another staffer delayed his lunch and stepped up to work thru the crunch. Keep up the good work!
