  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I walked into this FedEx location and specifically told the employee that it was my first time sending a fax and that I needed assistance. Instead of taking a moment to explain the process, she simply pointed me toward the self-service machine and told me that the machine would tell me what to do. I had approximately 20 pages of important legal documents that needed to be faxed to my lawyer before a court hearing. Because I wasn’t given any proper guidance, I began scanning each page individually, not knowing there was a much faster way to do it. After realizing I hadn’t added enough credit to complete the fax, I approached the employee again and asked if I would have to scan every document all over again. She told me yes. So I started the entire process over, now under even more pressure because I was running out of time. It wasn’t until I accidentally came across the double-sided option on the machine that I discovered I could have placed all my documents into the feeder instead of scanning each page individually. What upsets me the most is that I specifically communicated from the beginning that I had never faxed anything before and needed help. I wasn’t expecting someone to do everything for me, but I was expecting basic customer service and a little patience. Because of how much time I wasted trying to figure everything out myself, I was unable to send my documents to my lawyer before the court hearing. This wasn’t an ordinary fax for me. These were time-sensitive legal documents, and a simple explanation from an employee could have made all the difference. I understand this is a self-service station, but self-service shouldn’t mean customers are left without assistance, especially when they explicitly ask for it. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. A little guidance and basic consideration would have gone a long way.

  I have been to this location a few times and the customer service is just downright awful. The staff, every single person that I have encountered coming here, is extremely rude and acts like it is a difficult task to do their job and give decent customer service. I will not be spoken to in a condescending manner, and when there are technical issues, because I have experienced technical issues already with this location and they want to blow you off, that doesn’t sit well with me. I’ll go to another FedEx location next time.
