  I don’t often leave reviews for businesses, which highlights just how bad my experience with this store was. My boyfriend had a package that was rerouted from our apartment to this store, but being out of town, he asked for me to pick it up for him. I went in and they said I was not allowed to pick up the package. According to the FedEx website, “ Anyone who lives at the same address as you can pick up your package. They’ll need the tracking number and a government-issued photo ID that proves they live at the same address as the one on the package label. They can also use an alternative ID to prove they live with you. They can bring a utility bill or statement, health or auto insurance card, property statement from a county or city website, or credit card statement with them as proof.”. I brought in a picture of his ID, my ID, and a copy of our lease together proving we lived at the same address. The man helping me said to call customer service because he won’t give it to me unless I’m authorized. I did this, got authorization, and still he wouldn’t give me the package. I pulled up the website and read him the same information I pasted above, and he said he’s been working there for 20 years and there’s nothing that he’ll do about it and nothing I’m saying is helping. I provided legal evidence to him, and he still wouldn’t tell me what else I could do. Very condescending and unhelpful. I will never return to this store again.

  Very nice ladies working there. I didn't have to wait and I was able to return my package quickly. I think they really enjoy their jobs and it showed by their friendliness and professionalism. I will go back for future returns even though it is out of my area.

  I had a complicated return and replace situation with an item and Chanel (sp?) was so incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help me and never made me feel like a nuisance. Side note: this store has a cool separated self-service/work area. I'll definitely be back!

  If the owner of this location is reading this, please consider hiring new people. Your employees drive people out of the store. Just rude, bothered by simple questions and wildly unhelpful. Left to take my business elsewhere. Will report this location to corporate also.
