  Great place staff are very friendly and helpful. Only reason why I didn’t rate 5 star was due to the waiting time in line, the store is obviously understaffed.

  The store is clean and well-stocked. The employees are always really nice and do their job quickly and keep the line moving. The store seems chronically understaffed. They usually have only one employee in the front waiting on customers, and at times when a customer brings dozens of Amazon returns in at one time, that means the other customers wait for half an hour or more to accomplish their own return of one or two items. Visiting this store can take 4 ..... or 45 minutes. It's not a bad employee, it's a lack of staff. In addition, I think the store could train their employees better how to manage the line of customers when there is only one employee. Finally, I have included a photo of a sign that is displayed in the store. It says that if they have to tape your package, they will charge you a "tape service" fee of $2.99. I feel this fee is unreasonable when tape costs 1¢-5¢ per foot at the most, and does not demonstrate a business that cares about taking care of their customers. On Amazon returns, they have to see the item before you tape it shut. Never fear. They sell rolls of tape nearby for $4.99 each if you object to the $2.99 "tape service" fee.

  Everything is usually good. However, charging $2.99 for a 12 inch piece of packing tape is outrageous. I can buy an entire pack of tape for that price. Ridiculous

  DONT GO in the mornings because there is VERY RUDE lady working there. I went there around 11am today on( Aug. 21, 2026). There was only 1 person there to help. I waited 10-15mins and when it was my turn to go to the counter the lady said wait to be called. I understand maybe that's the policy or something but don't be rude about it. And if someone has a medical problems like me and can't stand for a long period of time, that person will want to get to the counter as soon as possible and get out of there. I think the lady working there has NEVER SMILED since I've been going there. Its very rude and unprofessional. She acts like she's working there for free and doing customers favor by helping. So if someone has medical problems and cant stand for long time don't go in the morning.

  The UPS Store in Lompoc was wonderful! They were quick, professional, polite, and clearly very well trained. They made everything easy and efficient. Highly recommend
