I have historically used this location because the service used to be excellent, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. I was recently caught off guard by a charge of $8 for 11 black & white pages. I unthinkingly voiced my surprise out loud, which unfortunately caused the employee to become defensive. She snapped, "Well, yeah, you're paying for the service which is $2." I gently clarified that I was simply surprised by the price and didn't mean any offense by thinking out loud, but the tense atmosphere remained. While I understand employees don't set the prices and are just doing their jobs, a customer experiencing minor sticker shock shouldn't be met with hostility. If a premium service fee is being added, it should ideally come with a welcoming environment. Due to the high costs and the uncomfortable interaction, I will be taking my future printing needs to the local library and the box shop. It's too bad because I've met the owner and he seemed like a genuinely nice person.

Because we love the store it is one of the stores that we go to a lot . I can not count the times we have sent a package through the ups. I am a mother of 2 kids and they love to send letters and pictures to there family through the ups .we can't not imagine a world without the best Mail store in town the ups . I have recommended to lots of my friends and they all love it .it is my favorite store and the only place that I can find double sided tape. Your signage and online posting shows you open at 8am yet at 9:10 today myself and five other customers were waiting for your store to open. I needed to get a package out asap but couldn’t wait for someone to show up as I had to get to work. Having to make another trip is very inconvenient.

In the last week I had two fantastic interactions with Mallaurie at this locations. She greeted every single customer that entered the store and provided excellent customer service. I always hope she is working when I go because some of the other staff are not friendly at all.
