  Hannah and Justin were so helpful! And every employee in the store was welcoming and patient. Hands down the best experience we've had at a UPS store. They didn't get overwhelmed or make us feel rushed when a lot of customers came in. Thank you for the help!!

  The task of having my documents notarized, copied, and then purchase an envelope to sent them certified mail, was quite daunting. So, I am very thankful that Stephany was there to walk me through the whole process, step by step. She made the entire experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. I appreciate that!

  Hannah was welcoming, friendly, and professional. She assisted me with my returns in a positive and quick manner. She also offered me coupons and shared the UPS hiring opportunity. Great representative of the store!!

  I was running a little late, so called ahead and asked if they would stay open for a minute or two more in order to make my return in time. They were very nice and stayed open for a few minutes more to help me.

  I walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. I had a cane and was hold a rather large box and Juan could see I was struggling and took it from me. True gentlemen and quality customer service. I then went to Isaiah who also was kind and smiling and he finished my process with perfection. I love the team work and the vibe in the store was welcoming. Good job guys!
