She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer our questions while keeping everything moving quickly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and her positive attitude made what could have been a tedious appointment a really pleasant experience. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, and Ramona truly goes above and beyond. The post office is lucky to have her! - VCval chabanFeb 24, 20261.0So dissatisfied with overall customer service. They don’t know what is going on, several times I went there to get my mailbox key after being told it was available. My initial mailbox was broken into and the post office doesn’t seem to have a system that streamlines the inconvenience caused by the incident. For a government entity, I would expect this to some respect but it’s overboard; supervisors take notice! I know this comment will fall on deaf ears.
