  I went to the counter to ask a simple question and right away when I said I had a question, the girl behind the counter let out a loud sigh of frustration like I was a big interruption. That was as soon as I walked in, so it wasn’t like my tenth question! WOW!!! Sorry to bother you!!! I will go somewhere else next time so I don’t frustrate you anymore. You need to teach your employees some basic people skills and good manners.

  These guys got the job done. That's the good part. However, it would be useful if the verbal quote by my wife was matched by what I was asked to pay when I returned later that day to pick up the order. Either 'matched', or a dollar figure that was pretty close. But no, I was asked to pay approximately double for a print job. After a round of questions and discussion about accountability, presto....!.... the invoice now matched what the original person quoted my wife. In all, an unnecessary obstacle course that could all have been avoided if there was a solid connection between quote and final job price. I will come back in the future, 'cos now they know who I am! Plus they actually got the job done.

  I regularly visit this location because it's the only practical option for my needs, but the staff often seem frustrated by basic customer inquiries. Instead of receiving helpful service, visits frequently feel tense and uncomfortable. I hope regional management provides the team with customer service and de-escalation training to help build a more welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

  Went to drop a package off. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were able to print the label and affix it to the box and ship it off. I appreciate their patience.

  The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought in a package with a Black Diamond sticker on it, and I was told they couldn’t accept it. When I politely asked why, the employee sighed, walked away, and sent someone else to deal with me. To clarify, the package contained nothing hazardous whatsoever. The Black Diamond sticker was simply left over from the previous box and did not indicate the contents of the package. I understand that there may be policies or restrictions regarding certain packages, but there is no reason for customers to be treated this way. If an employee does not enjoy interacting with customers, they should not be in a customer-facing role. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides better customer service training.
