I went back asked the agent in the Window and he couldn't help me. " HE STATED I AM NOT THE RIGHT PERSON TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO IT OR ITS BEST TO TAKE YOUR PACKAGES TO ANOTHER POSTAL OFFICE:( I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE:) I WILL NEVER USED THEM AGAIN:(
