- MMMcaejaJun 14, 20261.0First off, I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews, but I was so bothered that I feel I have to. I went in the store with a huge box a few days ago right before closing time, and was faced with two rude young customer service representatives. I was in shock because I have been there many times before, and not felt so uncomfortable. It almost seemed as if they were irritated because I got there right before closing time. As I waited for another customer to leave, one of the girls, who was not helping a customer, told me to wait for the one who was. Once the customer left, the one I was waiting for just stared at me with annoyance. She did not ask or say anything until I asked her what I needed to do. She responded rudely by saying , “Well it has a label on it, doesn’t it?” and I responded with a yes. She did not proceed towards the box to scan it. To avoid confrontation, I left the store and don’t know if she did. Because of this, I need to find another store to return items from now on. I am very disappointed.

She took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions and made sure everything was completed correctly. The entire experience was smooth, efficient and stress-free. The service at this location is top-tier, and everyone is very friendly.
