- JSJoe SwansonAug 17, 20261.0This place has some of the most Useless delivery drivers. They screwed me over with 3 packages within a week, they marked one as delivered but it was never delivered to the mail box, second one was shipped back to the sender from this Lathrop location because they couldn’t find the address, and the third one was given to someone else cause the driver gave the parcel locker key to someone else’s mail box because when I came later after it was delivered, the locker was already opened without my package, and my mail box didn’t have the key. They never pick up the phone when you call them. Most useless usps location!!!

USPS does allow this with proper documentation. The lack of accurate information is causing a delay in getting important medication sent out. Staff training on USPS international rules would really help.
