  The staff here are poorly trained , very unprofessional and lack proper education to handle issues and concerns from issues they’ve caused. I tried to de-escalate the situation by asking for owners contact as well as corporate but staff member refused.

  I was headed to the Post Office but on the spur of the moment I decided to stop at the UPS store on the way to see how much UPS would charge to ship my package. I simply asked the guy behind the UPS counter to tell me how much UPS would charge me to ship my package. That's all. I did not ask him to ship my package. He immediately asked me for my phone number, which I gave to him without thinking. He then asked me for my driver's license. At this point I asked him: " Why do you need my driver's license? I just want to know how much it will cost to ship my package." He then says he has to have my driver's license to tell me how much it will cost to ship my package. Really? So my driver's license has the magic code to unlock UPS prices? Wow. No thanks! Off to USPS I go.

  I went and had a few returns and I honestly didnt know what I was doing I never really returned anything and Micah was so helpful and didn't act annoyed with me at all and he was so patient and helpful he made the whole process so easy.
