This one is incredibly slow, lines always out the door no matter what day or time you go, and very rude customer service. I closed my PO box today and couldn’t be happier to switch to another post office. If I had more time to waste (than I already did speaking with them just now) I would file a complaint against the employee who accused me of lying about checking my mailbox (???) Completely unprofessional.

- PPPaulaMay 19, 20261.0Old lady at the front named Izzy denied shipping a package because of a small, old grease stain on a box. We are not shipping any oil or anything hazardous but proceeded to deny service. We had waited over 30 minutes just to be told no, when I asked for a supervisor she refused. She then proceeded to talk about planes blowing up because of this, and how she took some class that told her about it. Like okay I have a bachelors degree from the top university of this country, and guess what? Google is free. USPS can only deny if there is something leaking which there was not. Absolutely ridiculous, go somewhere else to ship.

She kept on saying she won’t ship it in this bag and that I came to the “wrong” clerk to wait for her coworker to come back from lunch because she “will ship it in that” so excuse me you simple dont want to? She needs to retire 👋🏼 respectfully not very nice and I’m not the only one that thinks so reading the reviews
