  Visited this location to use the printers and make copies. The environment and cleanliness was acceptable. Customer service was unseen my first visit and the amount of resources seem a little limited. My second visit was a bit better. They have 1 or 2 young ladies that work in the department that offer some assistance. All in all ok. 4 stars wouldve been given if there was more interaction and service was offered.

  This staples location is always clean, organized and staff are very friendly. I usually find what I need quickly, and if I need help I can find an associate to assist me.

  Love staples! They have everything I need for my small business as well as my home supplies. Now even more that they carrying party supplies

  Staff is awesome. Needed a pen refill cartridge. They stayed with me and made sure we found exactly what I needed. Employees went above and beyond to lend a hand and help. It was much appreciated!

  I was trying to call the staples store number in Lancaster to see how much they charge to make business cards this is my first time, no one answer I was like ok understand busy, I called the second time a young lady answer me then was put on hold for some else to help me with finding out how much they charge per card, was waiting for a good while like around 23 mins no answer I was getting irritated so I hung up, I try the third time but this time they just hung up I would understand if they are busy just say so I would have called much later, but this is rude customer service just to hung up a phone call, I’m going to another business cause this is unacceptable on their part to keep someone waiting for so long to then hung up a phone call they could have done it on mistake but still no excuse to have someone waiting too long.
