- TTTheSupremeOverlordSep 25, 20241.0I had an appointment today (9/25/24) at the Lamont USPS from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM for passport services. I arrived at 1:51 PM, but despite being well within my scheduled time, the female employee refused to honor my appointment, claiming it was too late. The office was completely empty, with no other customers, so there was no excuse for this terrible service. On top of that, I was misinformed about needing to bring my own passport application, which contradicted the USPS website. Overall, the employee was rude, dismissive, and incompetent. USPS needs to address this unacceptable behavior.
