I called regarding a live stock delivery, asking very politely if the chicks can be placed in a fresh area or they will die in this strong heat wave (in Lakewood, CA today is 106 F) and the lady (I don’t know her name but she sounded African American from the accent) started yelling at me saying that is not their business to care for my chicks. I asked again gently explaining that they will die otherwise, and I need 30min to get there. She started yelling and insulting me profusely, not allowing me to talk, and hang up the phone on me. She doesn’t sound mentally stable and definitely she should not be in charge of costumer service. I have never had a worse costumer service experience in my life.

I explained my situation that I was actively being scammed by a online seller to verify that tracking is not sent to my home address. However, the Clerk was very unconcerned saying that I need to go to my local branch and she vehemently not want to verify active fraud.
