- RGRich GleasonApr 18, 20235.0We originally made a passport appointment in Lake Hughes, but another one opened up closer to us the day before (we were going to cancel it once our appointment was successful). Fortuitously, Annette called us to make sure we were coming to our passport appointment, because she had another person who really needed to come in during that time slot. Evidently a lot of people were skipping their appointments. Annette went above and beyond. We lucked out and got our passport accepted closer to us and someone else got our appointment they needed. Great job Annette!
