- DSDave SmerAug 22, 20264.0I've said this many times, the service and customer service is fantastic. The "store" looks dimanche, dreary, Grey and just sad. Lighten the place up, throw a coat of lighter colored paint on the walls. It's depressing.

The second one, the tracking page it says delivered to the mail box. Of course it was nowhere to be found. Would give a zero if I could.

- VLValerie Sanchez LopezJul 5, 20261.0Bad service front desk man was very rude. There was many times in which he raised his voice and then charged another 60 dollars for signing his name when he didn't fill out the form at all and kept making me re-do it. Don't get passports done here.
