- JAJohnnie AchordApr 28, 20261.0I went in to pick up my mail and they didn’t have it. They said to call tomorrow. The phone number actually leads you to a national service which after half an hour sends you to a website which takes you right back to the original national service it’s a big round circle. Never did get resolved.

Not impressed, they should put more employees at the counter if they see there is a long line waiting, just like supermarket or Costco.
