- JWJACK WALTONJul 17, 20261.0I used to work for the USPS..and I took pride in my work with fellow postal workers. I have to say that this branch is the absolute worst. The employees don't care about their customers. Unorganized and look miserable there. I think they should find a new career if they are not happy there. Going to have my mail and packages delivered to a private mail box service.

I showed up at 9 am after the package was there at 645 am, filled out a form for them to contact me before they return it to sender. Almost 5 hours later I get a notification that my package is being sent back to sender. How hard is it to put in a minimal amount of effort to check for the name on a package before returning it?
