The employees are incredibly helpful, patient, honest, and supportive. Their positive energy makes every visit pleasant, even on stressful days. Truly one of the best UPS Store locations I’ve experienced. I have also noticed that the team is willing to help even when a request requires additional explanation or assistance. They never make customers feel uncomfortable for asking questions, and they communicate in a way that is easy to understand.
