Rebecca was at her usual. Easy to work with and always looking for the best way to ship your product for the least amount of cost. She always goes out of her way to help me when I visit her store. I pray her Manager recognizes her great efforts.

Loved this store! First time there, and the staff was so sweet. I worked with both Rebecca and PJ and they were both awesome. They have a cute little community board too with pictures of customers that come in, such a cute touch and the care definitely shows through their employees. Thanks ladies !

It was a very busy store at 5:30 in the afternoon on a weekday and yet the 2 associates were attending to all 5-6 customers efficiently, professionally, and cordially with smiles. Loved it

I am forever grateful for the professionalism; compassion and excellence that this UPS service facility provides. I had an emergent situation that caused me to need a package returned urgently. PJ assisted me with compassion, and no judgement. They acted swiftly and continued to keep me informed. PJ, the owner (?) went above and beyond before and after hours to assure the package would be returned. Lencil, from customer service, on the phone helped to intercept the package and she too continued to monitor the package and keep me informed. (UPS) was successful in the return of property thanks to everyone involved. This time, the GOOD GUYS WIN!! Thank you UPS store off crown valley Pkwy #0890…you are the best !
