  I came to this FedEx location to pick up a package that I had specifically arranged to be held there because I was in the middle of moving. I brought my government-issued ID, as the instructions stated. When I arrived, they asked for my ID, but because the address on my ID was not my current address, they started requiring additional documentation, such as a copy of my lease or another document showing my current address in my name. This requirement was not included in the instructions I received for picking up the package. I spent lot of time trying to find an online document to prove my current address, while the employee made the process unnecessarily difficult. And what made the situation even more ridiculous is that, once I provided the document, the employee didn’t even verify that the document was actually in my name — they only checked the address. The whole experience was unnecessarily complicated, a complete waste of time, and handled with very poor attitude and customer service. If additional documentation is required, it should be clearly stated in the pickup instructions so customers know what they need to bring. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor attitude, and a complete lack of consideration for the customer’s time.

  The guys at the front just weren’t helpful at all. It almost seemed purposeful to ignore you at the front counter. One guy looked at me and walked away over to the shipping counter where there was no one and just chatted with another worker. As he was strolling back a lady told him to go over and help me. His attitude by then was clearly resentful. All my questions were answered with a “that’s the way the machines work; not my fault; why are you bothering me” attitude. Hugely uncaring. Why is he there. Earlier, another guy was more polite but answered from behind a machine. I got the impression he was afraid to come to the counter for some reason. Your customer service was just not good. At all. I’ve been coming here for years since it was Kinkos. I’m disappointed. ☹️

  Excellent service, fast turnaround, and great attention to detail. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire process easy. Highly recommended!
