  UPS customer service told me they were bringing my package here for pickup after a delivery driver marked down he’d delivered it without ever approaching my door. Talked to them for a long time and this was our resolution. I came to the location only to be told it was refused. Company is full of liars, just use USPS if you can. Edit to respond to their reply: it was the store manager who refused to acquiesce with what the rest of the company was asking, and he was very dismissive with me when I politely asked about it, not professional at all.

  Exceptional customer service with so much care and class every visit. I never go elsewhere because this entire crew always takes care of all my shipping needs with care and utmost courtesy. I exclusively use them for shipping all my breakables. They pack with utmost care. Most importantly they all show immeasurable kindness, are always warm welcoming, polite, dependable, and highly knowledgeable. Roger, Huy, Carlos, Kayden, Natasha are all fantastic! I recommend this store to everyone. I highly recommend them to you too dear reader! You can count on them!

  Friendly and helpful UPS store! The staff there is very informative and helpful. Opens early then most stores in the area!
