  First of all, this location is conveniently located, has great hours (including weekends), never has long wait times, friendly staff, and offers an Amazon return self-serve kiosk. Today, they kept my phone safe that I accidentally left behind after making an Amazon return - super appreciative of their attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you friends!

  Love this location - ☺️ always helpful. They do have some new hires but if you enter with a smile, show kindness and exercise some patience it’s a great experience. Kindness and five stars is a two way street ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m at this location at least one a week.

  Years of coming to this location and it's consistently excellent. I'm in constantly for Amazon returns, plus returns to other retailers and whatever random things I need to ship, and it's always quick and painless. Roger, Huy, and all the staff are warm and welcoming every time. They are fast, patient, and great at answering questions. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend.

  Wow! I was in the store yesterday and the bald angry man was fighting with the customer. To the point ai was going to call security. I have been in this store and the same worker is sarcastic, demanding and unpleasant.

  Stopped by today to pick up an access point delivery and Roger was extremely helpful and is always a pleasure to deal with. Roger provides stellar customer service and the store provides shipping, recieving and notary services plus they are also an Amazon hub. Carlos is also helpful and a true professional ways eager to assist customers as well as Roger. Nice and convenient location. Highly recommended Previous review What a fantastic store in a convenient location. I always pick up my Amazon shipments and special order UPS shipped items as well as utilize their shipping services. I received a notice that a package was delivered to the access point location and when I went to pick it up it was not delivered as per the notification. Roger and Carlos were amazing in trying to track the item down and I even filed a claim with UPS for a lost package. Roger and Carlos did not give up as they kept searching and today I recieved a call stating the package had mysteriously arrived. When I spoke to Roger we had to laugh about the multiple stickers on the package showing delivery on the 26th then pick up, send back and then received. It was like cat and mouse with this package, something out of the twilight zone lol. Roger and Carlos definently went above and beyond with the calls I received updating me on progress and the mystery of the disappearing and reappearing package. Amazing customer service and a solid location for all of your shipping and receiving needs. Highly recommended
