- GHGill HongFeb 22, 20241.0I’m embarrassed to live in Laguna Beach and have this as my local post office !🙈😮. The staff are SO RUDE, unhelpful, no smiles. In fact they make it their mission to make your experience difficult!! For goodness sake if you are that unhappy get another job where you don’t interface with the public!!!!!!! Every time I go in it’s the same and I only go in when I absolutely have to. Other post offices like Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, SJC and Costa Mesa are quite the opposite! So friendly and helpful. Take note Laguna Beach!

Beyond rude, careless, and seems to go out of her way to ensure you have a bad day. We will never go back to our local post office here because of her and her terrible customer service! We now go to My Laguna Office, as the owner, Lauren, is a true gem who cares about you.
