He was knowledgable, patient, and calm. We also were getting a PO Box that day. Quinn was exceptional, kind, efficient, with a wonderful sense of humor. Both made the experiences a pleasure.

- EEEdnaSep 6, 20261.0My card has a lock system, so sometimes it misses the autopay and I would call UPS let them know my payment did not go through autopay coz it was locked. I usually have it prepared unlocked at scheduled autopay date. Unfortunately this last time I called, a girl answered, I told her, and in the background, I hear: for box ***? Girl confirms, and tells me ok. Usually it at least takes a few minutes but I usually wait 15 - 1/2 hr for process. More than have hr pass, I call, spoke w/ Evveret the manager, I say my payment has not processed, he tells me, "yeah, we have been busy" , how long will it take? "A few hours" ok, I hung up. Then thought, and felt like I was being punished for missing the autopay. So I called back and explained to Evveret that I have a lock system on my card so it is a security aspect. Why do I have to wait hours? I am waiting to lock my card, it usually takes a few minutes. Is it because I missed autopay? Then he automatically just processed the payment. Well now, I don;t feel comfortable with Evveret being at this UPS offices, just coz of that phone conversation that turned sour. Now my fear is that he is the manager, and feel he has abilities to teach me a lesson in other ways.
