  I have been a customer of this The UPS Store location in Ladera Ranch for well over 20 years, and I can honestly say they have consistently provided exceptional customer service every step of the way. Whether it's for my personal mail center or my business needs, the team always makes every transaction easy, efficient, and stress-free. Over the years, I have grown extremely fond of the employees, management, and ownership. They are truly remarkable people who genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. What sets this location apart is their unwavering commitment to quality, professionalism, and consistency. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled correctly, and I know I can rely on them no matter what I need. In fact, there are other The UPS Store locations much closer to both my home and office, yet I continue to drive to this location because I know I'll receive outstanding service every single time. It's rare to find a business that maintains such a high level of excellence for more than two decades. I sincerely appreciate everything this team does and the relationships they've built with their customers over the years. I confidently recommend this location to my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for dependable, professional service.   Terrible experience. I went there on April 29 to send important original documents and trusted them to handle the shipment properly. Instead, they sent it through USPS without disclosing it. More than five weeks later, the documents still have not arrived. When I followed up, the manager basically dismissed the issue and said “USPS” was shown on the signature screen. That is not proper disclosure. A customer should not be expected to identify and understand carrier details that may appear somewhere on a screen during a transaction, especially when doing business inside a UPS Store and purchasing what is presented as a UPS shipping service. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability from the manager Tyler. Instead of taking responsibility or helping find a solution, he pushed the issue back onto USPS, even though I paid this UPS Store for the service. This was careless, misleading, and extremely frustrating. I would not trust this location with anything important again.
