Can’t believe Frank is still employed after all these years of complaints against him so that just shows what kind of business they are ! Just go to the San Dimas location they are so kind and respectful there

We paid the appropriate fee for Media Mail, and of course we can't get ahold of ANYONE to find out while they are holding the package for ransom. No one answers the phone at the post office in La Verne, and Heaven help the customer who tries to dial the 800 or 877 number for USPS. An absolute run around!

Instead, they put me on hold for hour. Their phone number is useless and the workers are rude particularly the woman who handles the passport application.
