  I walked in looking like an overwhelmed amateur, clutching a bulky carrying case full of stuff that desperately needed to be shipped out, completely clueless on how to package it. Enter the guy behind the counter. He possessed an unnerving amount of quiet charisma for a Tuesday afternoon in a shipping store. You know that vibe when someone is clearly destined for greatness. Kind of like an undercover astronaut, an off-duty superhero, or an indie rock frontman who just took a day job to keep himself humble? The kind that never got into drugs or alcohol and tries to keep the band together. Even though there's always that one band member who thinks he's better than the rest of the band. You know how the story goes. The frontman ends up going solo and being super successful in his musical career. But he never forgets his roots or where he comes from. Yeah. That's this guy. A Rockstar. He assessed my awkward case with the calm confidence of a zen master. In about forty-five seconds flat, he selected the right box, swaddled my gear with surgical precision, and wielded the tape gun with the kind of grace normally reserved for classical cellists. No sighs, no retail despair, just sheer effortless mastery. He tapped the screen, rang me up, gave me a subtle nod, and simply said: "I got you bro." I believed him. In fact, I felt safer in that moment than I have in months. I walked out dazed by the sheer speed of it all, fully convinced that once his shift ends at 5:00 PM, he slides down a fireman's pole into an underground lair to save the world. Fastest, coolest shipping experience of my life. Keep an eye on that guy. Maybe hook a brother up with a raise?

  $6 to tape a small box for me? On a return? $6???? Who the heck do you think you are UPS? You're trying to scrape every last cent you can out of customers by charging them $6 to put a piece of tape on a box? Are you serious?? Great reminder to not use UPS I suppose.

  This is my go to location for all my outgoing packages/returns, they make it so easy and quick! Issac helped my fiancé and I notarize a document with a couple signatures, even though we were walk in. Will always return to this store for this friendly team!

  I had a return that I had to use a UPS STORE. It was boxed and ready to go. I did leave it partially open because I thought they had to put a receipt inside for the return but they did not. They just had to scan a label so this business charged me six dollars to put one piece of tape on the end of the box that was open. That is outrageous. I do not blame the employee for doing his job and regulating the rules, but I was in shock that the owner of this UPS STORE would charge an outrageous amount just to tape up, which was literally a piece of tape that was 8 inches I will never come to the store again and yes, I could’ve bought a roll of tape but the packing tape that they sold was eight dollars for one roll and the other roll was like $11 so it was cheaper for me to buy a stripper tape for six dollars shame on the owners.

  Not great. The staff does seem to be very nice although a little overwhelmed. I brought in a box to be shipped a return to Amazon. I did not put tape on the box as it had a lithium battery inside and I thought that they may want to inspect it. I was informed that I could purchase tape for almost $9.00 or pay $6.00 dollars to have them put tape on my box. I understand that they probably go through a lot of tape and there is a cost for that. Rather than driving home, I went over to the Walmart nearby and purchased some packing tape for about $2.00 more out of principle than finance. I am not against having to buy materials that the owner of the store does not wish to provide. However, I only needed about 9 or 10 inches of tape and didn’t think that it was a good solution to spend nine $9.00. Perhaps they get to have something where they charge $.50 or a $1.00 to put on one strip of tape on a box. I know the prior owners would have given me a strip of tape. I would hope that the current owner rethinks this position and provides a small strip of tape for a small cost. Also, it was not helpful that the staff member was holding a giant roll of tape in his hand when he was explaining this policy to me. Shortsighted at best. I will be using other UPS locations moving forward to see if the experience is more positive.
