- ETEvelin TorresMar 14, 20261.0On Saturday March 14, 2026, I visited the La Puente Post Office on Elliot Street, and I must express my disappointment with the service I received. We arrived before 10:00 AM, well before the advised time for walk-ins, as a clerk had previously informed me that we needed to be there before 11:00 AM for passport services. However, when we approached the counter, an African American employee with braids was extremely rude and dismissive. He abruptly told us that there were no more walk-ins available and complained about the inconvenience of having to stay until 4 PM if he assisted us. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. I expected better service from the La Puente Post Office, and I hope they address these issues to improve the experience for future customers. This place doesn’t deserve not even one star
