- P:p2 days ago1.0Multiple people keep having problems with this specific post office. They got posted on the neighborhood watch. Staff is RUDE
- SMSummer Maiava6 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. This post office/mail carriers have the most terrible service I’ve ever experienced. The mail carrier issued a temporary delivery hold on all our mail June 6, we resolved the issue by putting a come up so that the mailbox is not blocked (as we were told). Mail should have resumed being delivered once they noticed but it’s June 29th now & we still have to pick up our mail from the post office. When we go in to speak with anyone about this issue, they tell us call the number. When we call the number it takes us to an automated server & NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. It’s gotten so bad that the second a package is to be delivered, the automatically return to sender, not even allowing us time to pick up said packages. A lot of our mail has been missing & unaccounted for but is being scanned on the informed app. At this point I am losing hope & not sure what to do now. I wish there were ways to escalate but I’ve tried everything I can think of smh.

When my turn the 1st staff said "oh passport is not what i do just wait there for the asian lady" We waited for 10 mins, then the asian lady very rude said "what's going on?" "oh passport? i am going home" They pulled us to the last agent, she said "oh we closed". I asked "No exceptions?" She said "no". Fine. 1 star for bad service and being immoral Thaxn
