- ASAndrey Side2 days ago1.0Appalling customer service. I tried to ship using a prepaid label, but I was refused packaging. The male employee wearing a cap is clearly unsuited for his job. I demand that the management of this office have a word with him

Showed up on time to find out the employee handling passports left the office and the attendant handling parcels offered an appointment over an hour later. I asked if we were called or emailed about this last minute change and was told “she didn’t know there was a 10:45AM appointment”. I would not recommend this office for passport appointments. A generous 2 stars for the obligatory “sorry” we received. Don’t take time off work for a passport appointment here. We were having a tough morning but I’m guessing the passport employee had it tougher.

The clerks never really acknowledged me and its almost 10 days later and my package still hasn't started tracking. I now have to go back to this location and discuss it in person because there is no good phone number to call and find out. Beyond annoyed with how horrible this experience has been.
