- ASArel Sprite1 day ago1.0Impolite asian clerk useless And stubborn. Claims IRS or State of California isn’t accepting certified mail. However, both their governmental sites have a clause that says to use usps for certified mail. Also, don’t call people dudes, or bro, you’re a clerk and should treat customers with respect. Btw, another USPS sent the documents certified and said they’ve never had a problem. This clerk should get fired! He’s either lazy or incompetent And our tax payer’s money is paying for his hourly wage.
