  Always helpful with Amazon returns but their cell coverage inside is terrible so bring screenshots of your return QR codes to speed up your visit.

  Steven and Tatyana are amazing employees they came and opened the door for me I will keep returning my packages to this store all the time they handle everything with care .

  Ok, whoever is the manager/owner at this store? You need to read reviews and make the connection about the one employee who is reigning in the lower ratings for this store. Tatyana is her name. She is a horrible employee with the worst attitude I have ever seen in a customer facing role. Today was "third time's the charm" of being treated horrible by this entitled and rude individual. But, that is just the tip of the iceberg from this visit this morning. After I left the store, she watched me get into my vehicle with the nastiest look on her face and literally THREW my return package to her coworker a good ten feet away. The package needed to be handled with care. She looked at what it was and still threw it, not caring if it went back broken or shattered. If you doubt my observation? Check your store cameras from this morning at approximately 8:45-9:00 am. If my refund doesn't come through because of your employee? I will expect the refund from your store, or more specifically Tatyana's paycheck. She should not be customer facing nor should she be so disrespectful in handling return items as she has/does. I won't be coming back to this store and will let everyone in the surrounding neighborhood to not do business in your store if nothing is done about this retched individual.
