- JFJames Cooney The First3 days ago5.0Customer service at its best! These guys saved us! It was late at night the night before we’re to turn in my daughter‘s fall project. And our printer broke. Panicking, we called FedEx .Jamal answered and was nothing but professional and kind. He told My wife “no problem whatsoever” & we sent it to him. He printed it up on this beautiful card stock. Way better than what I could print at home . I went in there and Mauricio took care of me. These guys are super professional kind. In an age where Customer Service seems to be extinct. These guys gave me faith in humanity. Thank you, Jamal. Thank you Mauricio. You guys are fantastic. My daughter is so happy too!!
- KRKristin Ross4 days ago5.0Jaylen helped me with a very annoying shipping project where I wanted to stop and document every envelope with its label before it was sealed. He manually typed in every address for several mailings and did the whole thing with a smile on his face. I was very pleased with the customer service and the patience he had for my tedious project. Five stars!!!!!

- AKAdam Joseph KahanSep 11, 20263.0If you miss a delivery with a signature, had to race down to FedEx office kuz customer service is not reachable phone even with doortag #.. Anyway, store manager said call customer service who can then redirect the package back for redelivery... after customer service.. told me they couldn't, I then asked for a supervisor who then contacted the local hub and was kind of a pain, but was still resolved... thank u Personally I would use UPS, if u miss a Friday delivery it will always get re-attempted any 'next day' no matter what day it is... said it would have been delivered Monday if I didn't pull strings...
