- JZJIANTAO ZHUAug 30, 20261.0We spent more than an HOUR at this FedEx trying to create and print shipping + return labels because it was our first time using FedEx. The male employee, Hope, was extremely cold, dismissive, and basically told us to figure everything out ourselves. When the workstation/internet was not working properly, we asked for help. His response: “There’s nothing we can do about the internet,” and he simply WALKED AWAY. No guidance, no troubleshooting, NOTHING. We later figured out ourselves that the return label had ALREADY been created and was just sitting in the shipping history. It would have taken him 3 SECONDS to explain that. As Asian customers, the way we were treated made us feel genuinely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Meanwhile, the female employee was helpful and actually willing to HELP. She honestly deserved BOTH paychecks that day. Hope seriously needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
- BHBonnie HunterAug 20, 20265.0Noah was amazing! Communicative, professional, and the finished product was some of the best quality I’ve ever had. He really went above and beyond to ensure that it was correct and timely. I frequent the area four times a year for business and have no doubt that I will return to your store for more printing for my next business meeting. A truly wonderful experience.
