- BPBen Philpott5 days ago1.0This used to be a great post office when Maurice worked there. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Now it’s mostly the opposite. There are a few staff there that are nice but more often than not you will be met with attitude and disrespect. There are 2 staff in particular that are rude and unprofessional. One doesn’t even say hello or say anything really, when conducting a transaction she doesn’t guide it, usually the staff would say something like, “click on the screen to confirm etc.” while she just sits and stares at you with no expression on her face, it’s weird. The other one is just bossy and I noticed she will click the thumbs up button at the end of the transaction, but the customer should have the choice to do that.

I ended up having to pay several thousand dollars to reinstate Medicare, because I never once received my bill, and my membership was cancelled. Despite numerous requests that packages be left in the available secured mailbox provided for larger packages, it’s left on my doorstep.My medication is left out there, despite the fact it easily fits in the regular secure box. I live on a very busy street right off of the sidewalk. After flinging the package semi close to the doorstep, the carrier walks away with no courtesy door knock.Unacceptable
