  If you have Amazon returns, don't bother going here because the cell reception is so horrible in this area that you can't load anything you need from the Amazon app or internet in general. *Edit: Response to owner's reply: You wrote "could you please share more details about what happened during your visit?". Your staff knows that the reception in the store is horrible, they even told us to try going outside. Several of us had to keep going outside to try to getting internet connection, but there was no signal. So it's very frustrating to do any Amazon returns at your location. I asked your staff if they had any guest WiFi and they said no. So several of us just left because we couldn't load our Amazon return information.

  Very pleased with this location they had wonderful people working to young men were very helpful. Help me ship a very heavy package. I love using UPS as they are The best company for or responsible shipping.

  This store handles all my Amazon returns. Today, I realized I didn't have tape or a printed label, and they had my back. For a buck. Hah hah! Take that responsibility!

  Had something dropped off and it took TWO GODDAMN DAYS TO MOVE FORWARD. TERRIBLE!!!!!

  Went there last week to ship a big package. Guy there is very unfriendly and lazy, first he told me that there is no box big enough for a stroller. After I pointed out a few boxes to him, a woman from the back came and helped, but she was on the phone,while he just stood there doing nothing and listening to her conversation over the phone. Finally I asked him if he could just charge me? Used my debit card, he told I removed it too fast. Used it for the second time l, he said it declined. Paid cash and left. Now my credit card has two charges..on top of the cash I paid. Basically paid $75 for a BOX! As I had a prepaid label! Filed a dispute, NEVER going back there again!
