- CSCharlotte SalwasserMay 22, 20261.0Do not answer there national phone line so that you can file a complaint phone number never works leaves you on hold for ever. Local post office needs to be revamped big time. I could go to pony express times and get the mail delivered faster.

- SGS GrizNov 6, 20153.0The people that work there are friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is the hours of operation. I have a PO Box there and it is very difficult to get in to their office to get my mail for a box that I pay for during their regular business hours. This means because I work longer hours than when they are open I get in there about once a week because I make special arrangements to come to work late so that I can get my mail. I know you may say well switch back to having them deliver... they would not drop mail off on my street... the would only drop of at the next major street over no a non locked mail box (That we had mail stolen from) and the driver refused to bring Packages to our house. One day I paid extra shipping for a package that I needed and waited all day for it to be dropped off... when to my mail box and they had been there and left a slip for the package... drove right away to the post office to get the package and the person at the post office informed me that the driver was not back with my package that they just leave the slip when they try to deliver and no one is there... interesting how they never even drove down my street... (I live in the country not in town...) So people in the office are nice and helpful when they are open... it's just insane trying to actually get my mail either with them driving it to my house or going in to the Post Office...
